So this week I have decided I need to follow a daily schedule. I have a lot of time on my hands. (So to speak) So I tend to put things off until I have to do it and it always seems stressful when I do it so I’m ending the stress by this schedule š (hopefully) Since my last week was a temporary setback. It has also given me a way to add what my plans are for the week ahead and what I’ve done the past week, so it’s a good thing. As an example I am going to be doing a 25km walk next Sunday for Cancer

And Yes I’ve already signed up for next year š One must have Hope
I’m still working on my schedule. I will post it next week and let you know how it is going. Accountability is so important
I’m adding the reason (temporary setback) why I didn’t post last week. A lot of you know already but for those who don’t..
My vampires weekend
So once a month I have to go into the hospital for a phlebotomy and chelation therapy. I have something called Haemochromatosis (the Celtic curse, Iron overload) a “normal” amount of Ferritin in men is 24 to 336 and for women it’s 11 to 307 mg per L. My last count was 6k and change and dropping. (Below 5k I stop the chelation therapy) And with my other stuff on top so it’s not a fun time. By 12pm Thursday I stop eating, Friday morning I go in to get my blood tested. I wait about an hour then go in for the phlebotomy/vampires where they drain a LOT of blood MUCH more than normal š I’m of course being monitored then the therapy. (I’m allergic to it, so my body hates it lol) Soon afterwards the fun begins. And it doesn’t stop until Monday or Tuesday but definitely lasts 3 days. It basically shuts down my week even though I still need to get things done. I am too tired/weak to do much but read or sleep.
So that is the reason why but Im working on it!! Be the Change!
