Simplifying my life Part 2

First steps …
It is not to automate my life, but it is to cut out the time I waste on things that don’t help or advance my life.
The main idea is to live with a process and purpose (purpose is TBA)
My thoughts and plans were first to determine how I spend my days. Then either add or modify it as I go. I have the basics done with my morning/evening routines. It started on the 19th, and since then, I’ve modified it to what you read below. And it’s only been a few days since I’ve noticed a big change.

Morning Routine: Up between 6 and 7 am, Put the kettle on drink a cup of water (prepared from the night before) make the bed, Stretching, (possibly morning yoga tba) shower and get dressed (prepared from the night before) Make coffee
Sit in the “Quiet area” and Go over plans for the day (prepared the night before). Write in the Journal Read at least a chapter. Then breathing/meditation. Then start the day.

Evening Routine: Usually an hour before bed. Follow the 3-2-1 (No food, No work, No screens) and prepare the kettle and water for the morning. Make sure Kitchen dishes are clean and away. Prepare clothes for the next day. Sit in the “Quiet area” and plan out the next day and write in a journal. Read at least a chapter. Stretching (possible nighttime yoga TBA) Breathing/Meditation
Wash and bed 10/10:30 – ish

My days will go as follows depending on the challenge and health

Exercises 3 or more times a week
Learn/study something every day
Plan out cook for the week on weekends
Do what is important first after the morning routine.
