As of February 26th I have been developing a healthier and more sustainable schedule for myself, one that is more focused on health and learning.
Here’s what it will look like when it is fully implemented on March 1st.
Day begins at 6:00 am. Day ends at 10:00 pm (with some exceptions).
My Daily Rules
* No phone for the first and last hour of each day.
* Make the bed, drink a glass of water, make coffee, wash and clean up
* Write in journal / gratitude journal
* Have kitchen cleaned by 4:00 pm
* Have clothes ready for next day
* Drink 2.5+ litres of water each day
* Review the day
* Read for 15 to 30 minutes
* Meditate for 15 to 30 minutes
* Take care of plants / garden
* Practice 3 days a week
Remember:
* I am completely responsible for my life
* Do not stress over things I can’t control
* I control my emotions
* Keep life simple
* Be grateful for today
* Stay focused on what’s important
