My next 50 days
Is a chance to look back on the past 50 days and see what has worked. Adapt, change, stop, try harder…. You get the idea

So Trust the process To be Kind, To be the Change, To be Grateful, To Love and To be Water. To trust myself and others in this process.

I would rather have something more positive than negative. I will write daily in a journal to record my life. The good and bad whatever happens will happen. And do something every day to help with my goals.

I’m going to work on my mindset. That includes, Taking responsibility for my life.
6:45 up and about, make the bed, drink a glass of water. Put the kettle on, wash up, get dressed.
7:00 coffee, write, plan and review the day’s adventure in my journal, Meditate
8:00 out for a walk
9:00 exercise, practice,
10:00 breakfast
10:15/30 Start the day…

Will be working on my willpower and mindset.
To live a life worthy. To be the change. I have a lot of work to do with the time I have left. I’m working on it.

I will work on what is important in my life.
Will increase the intensity of my workouts to include a yoga/breathing and stretching routine. (When able) I will set up and stick to a schedule for morning and evening routines.
need to work on being able to adapt to delays, setbacks, losses and change. Not to stress over things I can’t control and focus on what I can.

I will try to work harder 50 days and counting.
