My last 10 Days


Today is Monday the 24th of July. There are only 10 days until my year begins. I have been working on my process for the past 9 days. There is still a lot of work to do. Editing the website, Scheduling the day, Getting a complete physical….(and more)
I will be posting every 2 weeks on Thursdays with two extras on the 12th of January and April 1st. As well as giving a quick update on the beginning of every month of what is planned for the month as well as health updates. My new daily plan is the following.

Monday to Saturday

6:00 am Day Begins
Drink a glass of Water from Britta
Make bed
Cold water rinse, brush teeth, dress and out. for a walk. (Rain or Snow) Meditate during walk, 2+Liters minimum of water a day with electrolytes (made the night before) finish the water by 7:00-8:00 pm.

6:40-7:00 am
Setup workout gear.
6:45-7:05 am
Workout – Schedule on Phone (will post)
7:30-8:05 am
Quick Shower (Hot to Cold)
Breakfast with coffee or juice
Review plans for day, (meals, schedule)
Water plants (if needed)
Write in journal
Read planned out books ( tba)
Tidy up and put away workout gear.

8:15-9:00 am
Day Begins
5:00 pm
Day ends

5:05-6:00 pm
Prepare Cook Dinner
Clean and prep for the next day.
7:30-8:00 pm
Night time Yoga 15-30 minutes
Say my good nights
Wind down the day no more electronics
Read, Write,

Day ends

Sundays is Hammock Day
Day off Rest, Recover Plan out my week meals for week do shopping for week.
