My days are a work in progress; I am still trying to figure things out with my health and how I spend my time.
The 3rd and 4th steps. How to reinvent recharge my day
* First step and most importantly. Use what I have!
* Do some morning/evening exercises. Will add to morning and evening routines. (Yoga, Stretching, Cardio) …
* Remove Time Killers like Social Media from my phone and set up roadblocks for accessing them. On the phone. (Thinking of Factory resetting it)
* Keep What is useful, remove what isn’t.
* Read/Write/Learn something daily from the list below.
* Look into online courses that interest me or books I can use to learn, teach and grow
— The Environment, Regenerative Design, Nature,
— Hydroponics, Water, Climate change.
— Green Energy Solar, Wind, Geothermal
— Archery, Sailing, Martial Arts, Space, Stones/Gems/Minerals
— Puppets/Marionettes
— Electronics, programming, Learning, Reading
Also looking at whether there’s a way to make extra money from the list above. Please send me some ideas!
So, my day is going to be a mixture of learning, helping, working, playing, and teaching (just not every day).
