My Goals are something completely different from the Challenges
Here’s what I have for my monthly challenges as well as a daily weekly “must-dos”
* Continue the 3,2,1 method for sleep (No Food 3 hours before bed. No Work 2 hours before bed and No Screens 1 hour before bed)
* Expand Hydroponics / Garden to grow more Vegetables/Herbs
* Drink 2L of water minimum A Large glass first thing AM after I wake up
* Continue postings
* Have all dishes and counters clean every night. Keep the place guest-worthy at all times.
* Read at least 10 to 20 pages Daily
* Write something. Daily
* Exercises 3 days a week (not including walking)
Monthly challenges
August: 31 days (August has 2)
No oil, sugar or salt in food. (Some Rules apply)
Learn 1 or 2 songs on the ukulele. ( Here comes the Sun, Daydream believer, Sounds of silence…TBA)
September: 30 days
Walk 10k steps a day. (still warm enough)
October: 31 days
Learn one module of ASL daily.
November: 30 days
No Social media. (remove completely from phone)
December: 31 days
Post something daily. Update livingprocess.ca
January: 31 days
Meditate daily.
February: 28 days
No coffee. (shortest month)
March: 31 days
No complaining or Gossiping.
April: 30 days
Take a picture a day. (Spring)
May: 31 days
Learn Python one module a day.
June: 30 days
A Fresh Healthy Salad a Day. (a different one daily if possible)
July: 31 days
Have a smoothie for Breakfast must contain greens and fruit.
