For the rest of the month, I’m going to focus on simplifying and improving my Process. From the very first week of my 30-day challenge (see previous post), when I started cutting off social media, I discovered how much time I’ve wasted. It doesn’t seem like much when it’s spread out here and there, but over the course of a day, it amounts to hours. And I really had nothing to fill the time with.
I’m going to see what I can do.
There’s so much information out there on “How to Better Your Life”. Everybody has a theory about what you should work on. There are wheels, charts, apps, graphs, videos, and courses on how to change your life. There’s so much information! Too much, in fact.
There are many things I can do and different areas of my life I can focus on.
However, I’m going to keep it simple and build on what I have already done and practiced in my “before time” … Lenja.
It has some similarities to the Yin & Yang (Tao) with its balance—good/bad, male/female, light/dark—but it’s something different and not for everyone. It’s being updated and will change, just like the Living Process.
Like the Yin/Yang, being in balance, too much of one thing (good or bad) and the other side suffers. Off balance. One can work without the other but it will suffer.
A simple example would be how you feel before and after you clean your space. You feel productive cleaning it (Yang) and enjoy the relaxation and rest after (Yin).
If you don’t do one, then after time the other will be out of balance. In this example, you would have a very messy home and/or be very stressed out.
So, I’m focusing on finding what’s important to me. Focusing on Lenja may be a priority. I’m focusing on it. And it may take longer than a few weeks.

I’m looking to see what works and cut out what doesn’t. Even if it changes my current life and schedule as it is. In fact, I’m expecting it will.
