It’s the last day of August and I am sitting outside enjoying the last rays of sunshine. I have been remembering the reason why I started my Living Process. It was about being the Change, Living by example through Love Gratitude and Being Kind.
This is a quick review of my first month actually living the process.
As always the first 2 weeks were great, difficult but great, then I hit a wall (health wise) and was bedridden for a week and this last week I’ve been recovering and trying to get moving. I’m about 60% better,(still no solids) I’m going to get up early tomorrow and go for my walk, then try some pilates. Got to get back at it! When I post this it will be September 1st and will be posting my check in (Definitely going to work harder)
For the first 2 weeks of September. I am going to work on being more proactive, when it comes to my health and schedule. I know not everything is within my control, however during those times I need to have some sort of plan laid out. For instance on the 6th I have an appointment with my oncologist for some blood work, treatment and a phlebotomy “Vampires” so I know that I will be laid out for a few days, so I’m going to prepare my meals (if I’m eating by then) and have the necessary items by my bed.
For the following two weeks I will be refining what I worked since day one and modifying that needs attention to. Everything needs to flow. It’s a Living Process
